Minimalist Mechanical Keyboard
The keyboard doesn’t offer any fancy features, it just tries to deliver a good typing experience by focusing on high quality materials and simple design. But that doesn’t mean, the keyboard has no features at all. You get full N-Key Rollover, an USB passthrough and quick access media controls via the function keys. Furthermore, Das Keyboard Prime 13 is the first keyboard from Metadot, that comes with a white backlighting. Its brightness can be adjusted to 7 different levels.
Solid Switches and Keycaps
Das Keyboard Prime 13 features Cherry MX Brown switches. Other switch types are not available yet and it doesn’t really look like there are new ones to come. The keyboard features an anodized aluminum top panel and as always, Metadot delivers laser-etched keycaps to ensure high durability. As an extra accessory, you get a keycap puller. The keyboard is compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS and Linux.
